Plan Upload

Better financial planning, year round.

Plan Upload allows users to hold spreadsheet-based financial plans and estimates in the system for use in comparative enquiries and reporting. For example you can build a financial plan for the year in Excel, then use Plan Upload to enter it into Financials.

In this way, users can easily monitor these uploaded “plans” against actuals. If they wish, they can upload multiple versions of the plan, overwrite existing plans with newer versions, or amend and update existing plans. Without this facility a great deal of time can be wasted updating the main system, or the systems can easily become out of sync, at which point reporting becomes virtually meaningless. Plan Upload ensures that the information coming out of your finance system is as current and relevant as possible, to guarantee well-informed and effective decision-making.
