Support Overview

Symmetry has a dedicated support desk that operates closely with the rest of the company to ensure any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Customers speak directly to our highly trained Symmetry support consultants rather than being put through to an outsourced call centre, which means most problems are dealt with on the spot. In addition, all of our business support and consultancy teams have accountancy backgrounds so they really understand your business needs.

The support desk can be contacted via dedicated phone line, by email, by fax or via our web page within the customer area of this site, which is password protected with a unique customer ID and password. The on-line support service allows users to search for solutions to the problem from the support database and download information in the form of either bug fixes or support advice notes.

In addition to the standard support service, Symmetry offer Partnership Programme agreements, packages of training, consultancy call off days, telephone consultancy and dial in technical healthchecks to provide added peace of mind. By managing your finance system from our office, we can provide a cost effective way of ensuring your finance system is in optimum condition.
